After 4 years of experience in the field of CRM, I was able to work on the management of a complete overhaul: inventory of the existing system, competitive benchmarking, definition of new workflows, optimisation of the call centre, development of new CRM assets, deployment of new campaigns in a test & learn logic, benchmarking of a marketing automation tool, migration of a CRM tool or even management of campaigns, all in an international context.
