I create, maintain, update and evolve information systems for small companies to multinational ones, including phone systems, documents management, premises safety, Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks, servers - be they physical on premise, hosted, virtualized, or in the cloud.
Web project : from crusty old IE5-based intranets to the latest versions of Node, Magento, Symfony, Drupal, Wordpress, PHP8+SQL (MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle) : I've seen, managed, fixed, updated, upgraded and extended them all.
I do have a preference for open source software, but I'll always look for the best match in support, maintenance and cost - that does include proprietary software. Strategy analysis, defining KPIs, identifying prerequisites and documenting them : to me that's always the first step. Including the project's lifetime management.
This is probably why my projects always end with a satisfactory deliverable while staying within budget. Scrum master, agile development : I can work solo, as part of a team, or lead said team. I suggest solutions, am open to suggestions, I always maintain multiple scenarios and particularly flexible.
