I am an experienced customer service professional with over 6 years of experience. I started my career as a telesales rep and customer service agent in a call center company. There, I developed my sales and customer service skills. In April 2017, I moved up to the position of flux manager / IDP analyst. My responsibilities included developing performance indicators, planning, real-time monitoring and steering of production. I held this position for 3 years, allowing me to gain excellent mastery of operations and an overall vision of customer service. I also held the position of customer success manager, where I was in charge of client retention and satisfaction. In September 2020, I was promoted to manager within the same company. I coached and supervised teams, deployed trainings, led meetings and steered quantitative and qualitative achievements. Since October 2022, I have been the manager of my own outsourcing company in Madagascar. I leverage all my expertise in team supervision and operations optimization to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
