Description

I need to make modifications to a php-based app that a collaborator developed a couple of years ago.

Technically there are a couple of pages that need to be changed. Here is a more detailed description:

In our current app we create new “Payment Links” by accessing the webpage:

CHANGES REQUIRED (NEW PAGES)
1. I Want to be able to call this webpage (or one similar to this one) by passing in the URL 3 parameters, that need to be inserted (and locked, so that they cannot be changed) in the first three input boxes of the webpage (INVOICE No, AMOUNT and Currency (EUR, USD or CHF)). The user can then fill the 2 additional fields and then click the button “Save the Payment Link Page”. He would then land on the next webpage which needs to be revised too (see point 2)

2. The webpage appearing after clicking should only show the upper part of the current webpage. The lower part with the new form (Create a Payment Link Page) should be removed.
Currently the upper part shows 3 lines of text (a text in line 1, a link in line 2 and another link in line 3, behind the text "Back to payment link list"):

The 3rd line of this text (a link) should be removed and the link in the 2nd line should be made bigger. In the Page the only thing which remains is the text in the 1st line and the link in the 2nd one.
