Position Description
We are currently looking for individuals in Norway who can help us expand our network of homes and homeowners.
As a part of the role, core responsibilities will include finding and meeting new homeowners, building joint business plans, reviewing service level agreements, liaising with key stakeholders and onboarding new homes under the OYO Vacation Homes umbrella.
Our commercial model incentivizes both the volume of homes on boarded and actual revenue generated from the homes with no upper cap. The better an individual does, the more he / she stands to earn.
Essential skills:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Proven performance track record preferably in a new business / sales environment
• Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage
• Good negotiation skills and a self starter
• Collaboration and ability to smoothly work in cross functional environments
