The Sales Lead Generation specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales manager. This candidate will be a self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including individual research and discovery, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists etc.
Reports To: Sales Manager
The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:
• Develop new business via the established channels and mass communication (telephone, web chat, email and social media) to introduce the company products & solutions and identify buyers within the target market.
• Generate sales leads in line with target customer criteria
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
• Support sales manager to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads.
• Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue
goal
Required experience and knowledge:
• At least 1-3 years sales experience; telemarketing / online channel sales preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Software preferred. Native French, English knowledge is a plus.
